The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires the responsible person to establish appropriate emergency procedures, including safety drills and to nominate a sufficient number of competent persons to implement those procedures. The number of competent persons and level of training will depend on the findings of a Fire Risk Assessment. This course aims to equip those with responsibilities for implementing these plans with sufficient knowledge to do so safely.

Who the course is aimed at

This one day course will provide trained Fire Wardens to assist an organisation in meeting their responsibilities under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.There are no pre-requisites for delegates attending this training course.

Qualification / Certificate received

Delegates will be assessed on their input during the practical exercise and their feedback. Delegates will receive a certificate of attendance which is valid for 3 years.
